Shipping Policy

After your order has been processed, please allow 10-30 BUSINESS days for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Trenzs Online does not guarantee delivery dates. We will do our best to deliver your order on or before your delivery dates.

Also, keep in mind that the days referenced are business days. You will be provided with a Tracking Number or Order Number that you can use to track your order in real-time.

The Tracking Number or Order Number is sent via email. You can go to any bottom page of Trenzs Online and click Track Your Order for up to date information regarding your order.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Delays may also occur as a result of, and not limited to, post office error, postal backlogs, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other unforeseen occurrences.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service so that the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

When a customer purchases multiple items, we sometimes use different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because we use various channels, some orders will ship separately. Please use the tracking number to follow your package in real-time.

There will be no reshipping arrangements made in cases, not limited or restricted to the reasons defined: parcels that are delivered to the wrong address returned due to an incorrect address, returned due to an incomplete address, refused, or returned due to unavailability. If the order is returned to the sender, a store credit will be issued once it is received, minus the original shipping fee.


You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
