Return Policy

Return Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re not happy and we will make it right.

You may return your purchase to Trenzs Online for up to 30 days after the purchase was made (shipped and received).

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We do not accept health and personal care items, consumable items, special-order items, custom designed merchandise, ear piercing earrings, and intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two to five business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trenzsonlinne.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product is defective, doesn't work correctly, or not what you ordered, please send us an email with your order number, and a description of the problem.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact customer service for a RAN (Return Authorization Number) at info@trenzsonline.com. Please do not send the item to Trenzs Online unless you have received a RAN (Return Authorization Number) from us emailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact Trenzs Online for a RAN (Return Authorization Number). You will then receive the RAN (Return Authorization Number) from us via email with mailing instructions for sending the product to Trenzs Online.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
