Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address for your order! Please ensure that the information is correct before sending your order for processing.

Can I change the billing address for my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has sent for processing. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

Can I change the email address to my order?
Please email our Customer Care team with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once the orders are sent for processing.

Do you offer samples of your products?
We do not currently send samples. 

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame.

When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 15-30 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

I have multiple orders. Why did I only receive one?
When a customer purchases multiple items, we sometimes use different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because we use various channels, some orders will ship separately. You can use your tracking number to follow your package in real-time.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout using a designated process.

Can my order be redirected to a different address?
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you if this happens!

How do I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package in real-time.

Do you offer express/overnight delivery?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
